He refuses to get an offensive game. He is hired primarily to take up space in the paint, which translate into primitive basketball skill at best. Also, if you're 7'0 and get hung by the rim you need to give the team back a good portion of their money. We went from lazy Dampier to sorry Haywood. LOL. Bottom line: work on your game big fella... Wait, I forgot you towards the end of your career. Just retire.
