David Lee cannot shoot a basketball to save his life. All he can do is pick-and-rolls and occasional fast-break dunks. There is no excuse for him not being able to make jumpshots after all this time. He's not worth another contract. |

David Lee's numbers are slightly down from last year, but at 10.8 points and 8.9 rebounds, it's hard to keep him out of the rotation. Many people feel David Lee should start, because of his hustle on the basketball court, and because he is a good team player. Lee has improved his jump shot and foul shooting, and he is one of the most popular players on the Knicks. David Lee is a perfect fit for almost any team. His only weakness is his defense. He is an ok team defender, but he his lack of speed makes it easy to go by him, and his lack of defensive awareness makes it hard for him to stop players from going to the basket. Lee can be used as a starter for a team that's already developed, or a sixth man, for a team in need of hustle points and rebounds. |
