Just watched game 6 of the Cavs-Wiz 1st round series in 2008, and Wally Szerbiak made me eat my words from that last post. He played his best game since being traded to Cleveland back in February by posting a
playoff career-high 26 points on 9-of-18 shooting from the field. Maybe Wally Szerbiak doesn't suck after all. |

Just watched game 5 of the Cavs-Wiz 1st round series in 2008, and this game removed any doubts, Wally Szerbiak definately does suck. His play caused Reggie Miller to exclaim multiple times that "Szerbiak seems about 3 steps behind anyone else on the floor", and you know what, he was right. He had at least 4 turnovers that I saw, several missed open three point attempts, and his club lost the game that could have closed the series and earned his team some rest before facing the Celtics, who will undoubtedly beat the Hawks to advance to round 2. Good job, Wally. |
