trey did/does have a serious girlfriend for a minute-from texas. however, they've been having issues seemingly more like she's over him and he's still on it. i do know for a fact he talks to manyyy females though (i wouldnt say he's got groupies though because most females wouldn't know who he even is in the basketball world). He is a cocky ass player though, somewhat rude actually but I think it's more his insecurities that play out with sarcasm!
