Who knows? She probably is (for now), but with the offseason coming up and JC's future on the line she might not stick around for the unknown, in Jason's case, the potentially unemployed. Didn't she try to "upgrade" and date someone else this past offseason, but ended up running back to Jason when she found out he was still going to be the starting QB?? Anyway, some of Mercedes "friends" (Mercedes) will show up soon and shoot down any breakup rumors, but wait and see what the offseason brings. I doubt he is concerned about his relationship right now, he has more important things to worry about...

So is Mercedes hanging in there through the mess that is Jason's career right now? If there is anything she would have learned by now, is that being with an NFL quarterback is not always that glamorous. Right now - she doesn't even know if he'll even be a starting NFL quarterback ever again after this season. He may not even be much longer for the league. She got with him when he was the dashing "new man in town" whose career seemed on the upswing - things have changed. That's why I wonder if she's still even in the picture, and, if so - how much longer she'll put up with this.

Hello Redskins fans!! I don't know anything about Jason Campbell, except that he is an elite group of black QBs. Give this brotha a chance! Positive reinforcement is key, even in losses. He will come around. All great players need time. He needs a little more time! He's a handsome man and a beauty queen that's what he's dating now. I don't know a thing about that woman. So if she's not smart and just a pretty face, that may not last long! Only if he's a dummy and she's a dummy, well then, that's a match. Lol But I'm 10 yrs his senior, and I get hit on by young 20 year old men. I'm 5'2 and 120 #s. I'm 37 and I'm half AAF/Vietnamese. My asian genes keep me petite, and my non-drug using AA genes, keep me young! So, I feel like I'd have a chance! Only problem, I'm moving back to Dallas in a month. Currently, I'm an RN in the ER at the Washington Hosp Center. There aren't many Blackanese women there, oh there's one besides me. Go Cowboys!! LOL See u on Nov 22!! I wasn't talking about the fans of the Eagles - no, they haven't coddled him at all - except for the brief period where they were in love with Donovan partially b/c of his courage on the field (playing a game on a broken ankle), and partially b/c of the p.r. machine. I'm talking about Donovan being coddled by the Eagles organization - including the coaches. Freddie Mitchell even said that Donovan was "babied" - why do you think Freddie hasn't been able to get a job in the NFL since? Other teammates have witnessed Donovan's being given favorable, coddling treatment, too.

Comparing Donovan's career with Jason's career makes me uneasy. Jason hasn't had the benefit of having the same coach, and being in the same offensive system for 10-plus years as McNabb has. I don't think Jason is as "coddled" as McNabb has been. Jason hasn't been as protected.

LOL - you think Miss DC will leave him if he loses his starting job?

As a QB, there is something about his on-field style that I like. I think a big part of the problem is that he's been in so many offensive systems - he's never had much stability as far as offensive systems. To have to keep "overhauling" your learning like that can really wear you out. He needs stability and time to grow into a system. Obviously, he hasn't had the benefit of being with the same coach and with a constant offensive system like, say, Donovan McNabb.
