Even though I have not met Roderick, I know that if he is anything my cousin Winford, he is really a great guy. Let’s face it, men only do what we let them do. Therefore, I am sure deep down Roderick is a good man who is in the prime of his NFL career and just wants to enjoy these times with no commitment, strings attached and all of the drama. What you all are complaining about is in most non-famous relationships as well (married and single). Like President Obama said, pick yourselves up, dusk yourselves off and move on. It could be much worst. Just check out this link on my cousin Winford Hood’s Ex-NFL teammates http:/www.westword.com/1998-01-22/news/fight-team (or Google Denver Westword News Fight, Team, Fight! January 22, 1998). Pretty horrible and a bit disappointing. My cousin Winford Hood was an angel compared to some of those guys. I am glad I did not find anything negative on him on these sites. You see Roderick makes 1 or 4 of my cousins who have made it to the NFL. I am proud of him and all of them and so should you. My ex-husband and I (as well as me along) have hung out with NFL team members and their families and friends. Most are not looking for a committed relationship but just wants to have a good time and enjoy their life (many girls and lots of sex). From my inside experience, a lot of women threw themselves at these guys (married or not). (Those women needed to have had more respect for themselves and have more dignity about themselves.) It’s only so much they can turn down. So what do you expect? I am sure most of these guys wants someone who is not a gold digger, who also have something to bring to the table instead of wanting to take from the table and who carries herself like a lady and not a groupie or wh???s. My suggestion to you all is to go out and get your own careers and stop dreaming and become the dream. Carry yourselves like a lady (example – Michelle Obama), have class, get a degree or two and maybe a doctorates so you can make your own money (six figures ). It’s not hard. If I did it, so can you. I did it through hard work, no money from any men, nothing from my ex-husband. I left not wanting anything, just out of the bad marriage and started over from scratch and made it back to 6 figures on my own. In any relationship or friendship make sure you can bring something to the table that’s different from what every other women has (female organs). Stop chasing athletes, entertainers, famous people and people with money. You go out and try to be one of these people and let them chase you. Stop gold digging, hating, and talking about people and what they were/is wearing. Small minds and Ghetto people do this. Don’t put kids names on the internet. Leave them out of it. “Don’t Sweat the Small Stuff”. At the end of the day, it’s all small stuff. Remember what Eleanor Roosevelt said, “Great Minds discuss Ideas, Average Minds discuss Events, and Small Minds discuss People. Which mind do you have? Which mind do you want? If you want closure in your relationship(s), start with your LEGS. Then go out and become a person with a Great Mind. Learn from your experiences and know that every man will eventually or have had many women at the same time (married or not). Some women make it easy for them. To the brother below. If you play for the eagles and slobbing over someone else's woman, you must not get too much playing time. His woman is very pretty but there are a lot more than just her. That's some real B-A-Ness as Puff Daddy would say! |

Rod has a fine ass girlfriend from georgia, they have a son together. Man, Rod has it all, a successful career, money, a beautiful woman on his arm, a what every man wants - a son who looks just like him. Man not bad at all. Wished it was me Dog, I have a successful career playing with the eagles, yet I wish I had someone to share it all with like you. I can't be mad at you, I give you madd props! |
