Anyone think Matt Ryan can be just as good as Peyton Manning some day? Great arm, nice deep ball, makes the play around him better, doesn't have a great run game.

Can't believe the playoffs are still going on & this team is sitting at home because of our incompetent QB.

Now I have to watch freaking Eli Manning and Tom Brady and hope neither of them win another Super Bowl. If Eli or Brady win another ring i'm going to flip out.... The Falcons should be the ones playing for a super bowl.... another failed season under matty ice... this is depressing...I hope we draft a QB somewhere in the later rounds I'm sick and tired of mediocrity I really am...

MATT RYAN SUCKS

Seriously this is on my last nerve. About a month ago I started using the Falcons in Madden. At first it was amazing because their D is really easy to work with, Michael Turner can run his ass off, and the passing game wasn't bad, but jeez, Matt Ryan is like Rex Grossman level. At first when I was missing throws I got really annoyed but reminded myself that this was the flaw I have to live with since I chose defense over offense by using the dirty birds™. Now it's just ridiculous.

I can't use Roddy White because 1: If he's open, then Ryan overthrows him in stride. How he manages to overthrow Roddy White more than 50% of the time is beyond my comprehension but whatever. 2: If he's got a step on his man, Ryan just throws it up and makes it a jump ball situation for everyone and their damn mother to take a crack at catching it. He can't make sideline throws. At all. Like seriously, what the balls...And don't tell me to set my feet, I could stand still for 10 seconds while Julio Jones stands 15 yards from the LOS near the sideline waiting on "MATTY ICE" to throw the ball, and next thing I know is that the slippery, icey ball is thrown so far out of goddamn bounds that it's headed to Florida, or headed right up Mike Smith's ass since we all know that Matt can't throw any sort of deep ball.

I don't ever use lead-passing or whatever so it can't be that. I ALWAYS make sure my feet are set. I just don't understand. I know Matt Ryan is bad in the real world, but why is he so god-awful in Madden? I've lost so many games because of this trash QB, and he's a 90 OVR. This horse manure is pathetic.

Any solutions? I really can't deal with this garbage much longer. I can't stand losing games because of Melting Ice and his stupidity like that. I hate the Steelers and I was seriously 3 seconds from playing a game with them just because it's balanced offensively and defensively, which is what I expected to get out of the Falcons. It was just a plus that I like them. I know that every team has its flaws but we're talking about me making great pre-snap reads or finding the perfect slot to throw the ball and Captain Checkdown can't execute. I'm just tired of losing when I'm doing things the right way, the way Madden wants you to, (setting feet, etc.) and still getting screwed over.

I know it's Madden but I just can't stand to use a team that I hate. Maybe that's the perfect formula? I've played 350 games and my entire record is with the Falcons, but the team just has major issues at QB.

I'm afraid Matty Ice has a wet noodle for an arm. He looks like he's heaving a medicine ball to his receivers.

The Falcons are consistent, they beat up on the weak teams and lose to the good teams. That's because they have plenty of talent on offense but without a QB to tie it all together they will never beat the good teams in this league.

They will never go beyond mediocrity with Ryan as their franchise QB. They need someone who can lead this team down field with their arm when the running game isn't working. Ryan isn't the guy, 4 years is enough proof for me.

I live in Baltimore and hear Flacco bashing all the time. While i'm not huge on Flacco i must say i'm so happy we didn't trade up for Matt Ryan. If you gave Flacco the talent Ryan has and put him in the NFC where all the defenses suck he would be a star where if Matt Ryan played against the steelers twice he'd be viewed as a "Brady Quinn type". Anyway i feel sorry for the Falcons fans because they screwed up with the Julio Jones deal and invested too much faith in the most overrated qb in the league.
