Romo can never extract his cranium from his thumb holster. His mental lapses will continue, period. After eight years, this fact is indelibly clear, yet Jones is frozen like a deer in headlights. Insanity is playing the same losing quarterback each of the last eight seasons, and each season expecting a different result. I once defended Jones, but have since objectively concluded he's hopelessly inert and ineffective.

Dallas fans can rationalize being hung with their inescapable albatross by interpreting it as "God's will." On paper Tony Romo is great. When its on the line a must win. Tony falls asleep at the wheel. JJ you need to do what owners do sign checks and stay on vacation. The Cowboys will not win another playoff game much less a super bowl with Tony as qb.
