Maybe she actually loves him. I do think she probably loves him or thinks she loves him. Some people don't realize if they are attracted to the real character or the lifestyle. And who knows, it could be both. |

I think they're friends with benefits at best, though Missy might be holding hope for the future. I agree...from the little we've seen and heard that sounds most plausible. how come she doesn't just kick him to the curb If I had to make a guess, I'd say the LA chick was right when she said it's the typical actor/athlete relationship where she is attracted to the lifestyle and attention. So unless she lands another guy with as much or more $$$ and celebrity status as Ben, I think she'll stay in the wings. She has dated other actors, but they were not big names...especially back when she dated them. |

What I don't get is, she isn't a ugly chick, how come she doesn't just kick him to the curb surely she doesn't need to put up with the BS? I am not a fan of hers but this girl really makes me wonder sometimes. I guess one can always hope that she moved on already and we are just clinging to the rumor of Ben and his possible future wife "the dizzy actress" |

On Missy's B-Day this year 2009, she was being honored at an event. Here are the links.. she was alone on the red carpet photos and there was no mention of Ben or any "boyfriend" in these articles... That's an old picture; it's from the launch of the Guitar Hero game in 2008. It sounds like this wasn't a major event (if there was a big celebration at all...I mean "Creative Artist of the Day"?) so, I doubt she was involved in any festivities. I believe Ben's Pittsburgh chick who posted a couple months back that he told her they're no longer a couple, but best friends now. I think they're friends with benefits at best, though Missy might be holding hope for the future. |

If Ben is so "private" about his business, I don't see how Missy would
be spilling all the beans to someone that's not even a close friend...
Missy would know to be silent. Just sayin..... They actually went out with the same group of friends (the girl met Ben, did not see him often since he was in Pitt and she in LA, only a few times he went to LA)...she just wasn't good enough friends with Missy that she'd give her advice on her relationship. So if they are hanging out together in clubs or whatnot Missy doesn't have to say anything. However it sounded like Missy would talk about (brag) how serious the relationship was to people on set (sounded like this girl worked on set...maybe make-up or producing or etc. ). She kept hinting about the "business" but maybe a different side than Missy so I'm assuming not an actor. |

Just a side note, that the friend in LA was not really a friend but more of an acquaintance through the acting field. She really didn't feel Missy and Ben were a good fit so I don't think it was the "friend" who was wishful thinking...but Missy. She claimed Missy was very adamant about the relationship even though this woman in LA could see red flags all over the place. The photo for the honor for her birthday was a very old one. It looks like this "honor" could have been one that she just got nominated for and it was not a red carpet event. Maybe something sponsored on the internet or something. It just happened to happen on her birthday so you can't really read anything that Ben was not in the photo and there is no mention of him. It reads more like a public relations piece to me... She'll show up in the burgh if she is still around. She won't have anything to do when the series finishes up filming and until or when it is scheduled for a time slot on tv and she will have to do press for it. I think somebody on here said a while ago that whenever she was going to do a Reaper event she always was a no show- always flying to Pittsburgh... The saga continues... |

Yeah I think Missy (if still in the pic.) should have booked it latest when it came out that he slept with McNulty in 2008 in the off season, I mean how much BS can a normal thinking Girl take unless all she see's is the $$$. |

I just had a thought. Does anyone on here have a Twitter account? If so, could you ask Missy's costar, Gregory Smith (http://twitter.com/gregorythesmith), if he noticed Big Ben hanging around the "Copper" set anytime last week? We know that he used to visit the Reaper set, and Copper's set is a lot closer. |

It's rare that a couple that is not "close" gets engaged. That doesn't bring them closer. I think Missy's friend in LA was just hopeful for her friend!! Remember, Missy was not sighted at Ben's June backyard BBQ. (Missy's B-Day is in mid-June) |

I believe he and Missy are not as serious anymore either, but I think the split was more recent. The person in LA who knew Missy (and seemed quite credible) was on here just this past summer talking about Missy expecting an engagement ring for her birthday. I think she (obviously) didn't get the ring then...and I don't think it's coming over the holidays. |

I'm one of the few that believes Missy is history. While dating Ben she was always seen. She hasn't been seen with him since early March in L.A. and they showed no chemistry at all then. Ben was showing off his SB ring more than her. You could tell Ben was just there and she was the one showing all those teeth with that big smile. Again, my theory which someone else agreed to... Ben dated Missy publicly from late 2006 into 2007... a while ago! I'm sure they had the commitment conversation and he told her he's not ready for marriage or kids any time soon (they were both about 24 yrs old)...he wants 3 more SB rings. She's not the type to just "sleep around" with him with no commitment knowing he's sleeping around with no protection. That's why Ben is dating around. He's not committed to Missy.... I'll bet money on that one!! |

It looked like to me that the haunted house pic was taken just as they were leaving and were standing outside by a fence. Just guessing. But if Missy is still in the picture and I think she is, the tv show she is shooting is supposed to wrap up middle of November so that will leave plenty of time to be in Pittsburgh for Thanksgiving and Christmas with Ben and his family. Maybe this year she will get the ring? Some people think that might be in bad taste with a pending civil suit for rape for Ben but i don't think Missy would care. She just does not seem to be the sharpest crayon in the box to me. In interviews, she always sounds like a junior high girl to me. I do think it was Missy in the pic and I think she is still around.. All seems pretty sad to me! |

Point is if Ben wanted everyone to know who he is with he would make it public and since he doesn't I take it he doesn't care what everyone thinks. None of us really know him and people should keep in mind that this is a gossip site and nothing else, so if you can't handle the gossip then you might want to find some other page to look at. Both of the above posts hit the nail on the head. People on here really forget this is a gossip site. Also, think about it..... with all the Red Carpet pics of him and Missy, maybe Ben learned from there.... NO MORE public photos of someone he "really likes or respects".... because look at where Missy's pics ended up....on a "gossip site" where posters "rag" on her like she's scum.. So, since Gina is local in the Burgh, just maybe he's trying to keep her off sites like this one. And last...on the Scary house pic... Missy Peregrym has NEVER been one to hide her face with Big Ben!!! Why would she. They have photos together.... think about it. |

that could be it, seeing how his female fans aren't really what I would call nice to the chicks he is seeing 'cuz let's face it we kinda take them appart on here maybe he is just trying to protect her, who knows. To the girl in the picture could be anyone really, could have been just a friend or a girl that stood next to him, all you see is hair and hands and Ben who is standing beside her. Not to forget that it is a shitty picture to begin with and doesn't help. |

I know Ben refused to talk about his relationship with Missy, but at least he didn't hide from pix with her. Some posed at certain events and others at baseball and hockey games. But he has not come out and had a pic with any girls since. At least at games, events, etc. he knows there will be pix, but the scare house thing...I don't think he was planning on someone taking a pic there. I'm not doubting he is dating others, but it doesn't seem serious enough that he is willing to show them somewhat publicly. |

I believe I saw that pic and honestly, I can't tell who it is. You'll have people on here swearing it is Gina, then others swearing it is Missy. Sorry, but I don't think that one will count as proof of anything other than he was out with a woman. |
