other then chris' normal training schedule, he went to a middle school in St. Charles Mo and some little 5th grader was at Chris's side all day, limo and the works.

Chris was there to promote and encourgae the students to be physically active and i think they did some simple cals and excercise. the only problem with Chris Long is..he is too sweet, too kind, too considerate and just way too nice and has a huge marshmallow heart off the field.

and a big cheer leader for every guy on the Rams. always encouraging his team mates to be the best they can, work as a team...and all will work out. I have never known Chris to say anything neg about anyone he knows. btw, he is rebuilding a 1965 Lincoln Cont. Convertible suicide doors and all.  i think he might  be a bit over his head on this project, but knowing Chris, he will prove me wrong. its what makes him Chris M Long. btw, Chris, belated Happy 26th Birthday. thought you were coming home, but i didn't see u around the yard..so i thought u were in St Louis.

why wouldn't he look like a guido? he is half Italian..dahhh and he looks more like his mom, the eyes, the nose is not Howie's nose and when he was a kid, he had blond hair and blue eyes...and then he was 6 or so, and he was no longer looking like an Irish kid, he looked Italian.

Is he still dating Megan O'Malley?  She followed him to  St. Louis.  I had heard they were no longer dating.  BTW, he could do A LOT better!!!

the place to see Chris M Long in the metro St Louis area...is the gym. he normally is all by himself...his ipod attached to his ears...and he is in his own zone.

this is his regular activity and has been since i have known him. and i forgot when i moved next door to the Long Family in Ivy, Virginia.  at least 8 yrs ago. it was before John Grisham moved on the other side of me.  odd, Grisham is far left and well..Howie, Chris are conservative, Kyle has now seen the light...and Howie Jr, he leans like his dad.

chris is a bit shy...but if you are in Ivy Va, his hometown and where howie, diane, kyle and howie jr live...chris and kyle and sometimes dad, hang out at this chicken place..its really great chicken but a bit on the grease-ie side. 

chris was dating a tennis player i think from Maryland...Diane Long is a HUGE TENNIS PLAYER and tuff to beat.

i see Chris as emulating his dad but has his mom's temperment, unlike Kyle who is a hot head.  Howie Jr, has graduated from high school in May 2009.

the family is dealing with getting Kyle back on track with his DUI and getting booted out of FSU last Decemeber 2008.

I am hearing Kyle has given up wanting to play baseball and will walk on at UVA C-Ville football this fall...this guy has more talent in his index finger the the entire family...amazing gifted guy...now..if he would get on some Ritalin or some therapy...get rid of his mean streak...he'd be the sexiest Long to his the streets.

Where does he go out? I want to see that fine ass
