It was a single girls spring break trip in Florida... She's a grown woman who is married and already graduated college and doesn't get a spring break. Plus she's a newlywed. Also, I'm sure her and Peyton are very busy moving.

It really depends on how good of lawyers they got!. If Peyton cheated, the wife would get a lot, especially if she had the proof. If she did sign anything, which I doubt, she probably signed a prenuptial that said if he cheated, she would get a certain amount, and if she cheated, she wouldn't get anything. Any woman who knew his reputation would be sure to do that! Peyton would probably just pay her what she wanted to keep her mouth shut, he's already got a lot of media trouble.

That isn't desperate. He's saying that to stay on the team and in the city he loves, idiot. NFL teams can only spend so much. The browns have put a lot of money in 3 guys this off season and just put their tag on the kicker for another $3.8M. So Peyton was only saying that he knows the browns may not be able to afford what he wants so he's willing to take what they'll give him because he wants to STAY.
