The only thing that has changed for the Raiders since then is personnel. Fargas is the longest tenured Raider on offense. 

He is currently the team's leading rusher despite missing the first two games with an injury.  He also led the team in rushing the last two years. 

Attention DMAC....Here's some heartfelt advice from one of your biggest fans:

GET THE HELL OUT OF OAKLAND....as quick as you can!!

Your injury may very well be a blessing in disguise.  Use this time to reflect on your career...which will be NON-EXISTENT if you stay in OAKLAND.  Talk to your agent....try to get traded. It will be worth it in the long run even if you have to forego a few million.

There is something VERY, VERY wrong with the RAIDERS organization.  It is TOXIC. It is a CAREER KILLER. It's toxicity permeates from AL DAVIS all the way down through to the PLAYERS.

It is no coincidence highly touted, successful college football players go to Oakland only to fail.  It's either something wrong with the players...or something wrong with the organization.  I choose the LATTER..because I definitely know you have skills...as does JaMarcus Russell, Darrius Heyward-Bey, and Louis Murphy...unfortunately, they are not being developed.

Do yourself a favor bro....if you wish to salvage your career....GET OUT OF OAKLAND!!

I say kudos to Darren though. He is being a father to his child, paying support and even supplied his baby momma with a vehicle...something a lot of these guys wouldn't do.

Kudos let's get real for a minute can we.? Yes, it's nice he isn't running from his child and I hope that it isn't because he's in the spotlight. Golddigger or not, they both have a kid to raise. His bad for making love with out protection .

May they teach and guide their child with all they know and go beyond their will to see that the child recieves love, patience and understanding. Just a few major factors of life that isn't taught or shown that offten nowadays.
