Just WHO are you so pissed at? If you actually read ALL of the posts, you would realize that MOST posters LIKE Julia. I wrote a post defending her. I've met her and I like her. She's very nice. She's nothing like some of the bimbos (Ben Eager's sometimes girlfriend comes to mind) that normally date hockey players. She's known him since grade school, and they are adorable together. Wow. People can be such idiots. Dave's fiance has a lot going for her. An established hair stylist and jewellery designer. Are you all mad because she is pretty and fashionable? Because she was in a fashion magazine? She is also a big part of Dave's foundation that he is launching. Wow what a horrible person! LOL Stop hating, get a life. Pretty girls can be smart and down to earth. You all need to find something better to do with your time. Apparently, Julia & Ben haven't fallen off the proverbial turnip truck, or both are too ignorant, too trashy/slutty for their own good. No one can be that stupid, certainly not in the age of the internet. I've seen Julia at the games. If she wonders why people recognize her, perhaps she should look around...no one at the UC, except for the WAGS, are wearing steletto's unless they can walk in them. Two, most fans are not apt to dress, walk, act, appear as if they've been bought by the highest bidder.

My guess is that he doesn't know. My guess is that Julia doesn't know what a slut her "friend" is. More than likely, Julia wouldn't set up a slut with one of Dave's friends.

It's okay to dye ones hair. It's a matter of opinion to have dyed hair that screams out I HAVE BLEACHED HAIR, which Julia's does.

I don't think anyone has called Julia a gold digger or a puckbunny. She's just isn't inspiring or admirable in any sense...I mean really...what does she do? Abolutely nothing...just like the other wags....there's nothing special about any of them. I don't think she's as self absorbed as Hammer's gf...she's just there. I like how DB has embraced Chicago...it would sure be nice if another one of these women would let go of their bf's coat tails and take a cue from Sopel's wife and do something other than shop. Now that would be impressive.

I'm not sure how to reply to a particular post, but this is a reply to the Sophomore that began their post "I completely agree with what this poster has said." THANK YOU for pointing out just HOW Eager's girlfriend hooked up with him! I think that of all the "puck bunnies" mentioned, she probably p!sses me off the most. I remember hearing sometime ago that she had gone to Julia to get her hair done and that's how they became friendly. Apparently, she went to Julia BECAUSE she knew who Julia's fiance is. Her plan was to get "set up" with one of the Blackhawks. EVERYONE knows she was with Tony Romo. What I don't get is why Eager is with her. Either he doesn't care that she's been ridden harder than a racehorse or he doesn't know yet. Granted, he's not the sharpest tool in the shed, but I just don't get why any man would want to be with some girl that earned cr@ploads of frequent flyer miles getting passed around like an airline bag!

Julia wasn't the only wife chosen if you had seen the magazine/article. Sean Marshall's wife, Sarah, Rashied Davis' wife, Dianna, and Carlos Pena's wife, Pamela, were also a part of the article.

I completely agree with what this poster has said. I have always thought Julia was one of the best looking WAGs of the Blackhawks. She's got an edge about her and yet she can look like the girl next door if she wanted to. I don't understand why they rip into Dayna (Seabs' gf), Elina (Hammer's gf), Abby Sharp or even former Blackhawks WAGs Carli Fraser or Carmen Brouwer. I think they are all classy looking in their own ways. I do agree with your assessment of Brandy Johnson-Ladd because you just can't fix her trailer park-esque attire/attitude. And the girls like you've mentioned, Toews' date to the Cubs game or the girl who posted the pictures of Kane are less than desirable/inspirational and we all know they're nothing but puck bunnies and won't be around long enough to give a second thought to. Eager's girlfriend was with Tony Romo and a lot of others before she latched on to Julia as a friend to get hooked up with Eager. She was probably picked because with the exception of Keith's wife, who's always come across to me as someone who doesn't like attention, they rest of the Hawks wives are either pregnant or married to someone who has yet to play in a Hawks uniform, so they had to settle for a fiancee.
