Hey there Annelie I am doing so much better than before cause little by little my ankle is healing the swelling went down a little bit and my fiance kept putting the ice pack on it and I can finally walk now just a little bit. How are you and Cassie doing? I feel a little bit better today than the other day it's not broke nor fractured it is very badly sprained in 3 places the tendon the muscle and the ligament and it's very badly inflammed he put me on medication a very very strong one and my mom and fiance have stuck by me through thick and thin

Hello stranger we are back and my ankle is NOT looking good at all. First of all it is not broke or fractured (thank god) but it is very badly sprained in 3 places and inflammed. the doctor put me on medicine and he said to use an ice pack 3 times a day for 15-20 minutes and I have got to go back in a couple weeks talk to you later I hope.
