Someone tell me why Rick Dipietro has to win his job back with the Isles yet Cam Ward is immediately given back his starting status after his injury. That is just wrong. |

Also, Francis was a great player, but great players don't makegreat coaches. Francis should keep his dignity intact and leave. Gretzky was the best player, and his record as coach wasn't great. Right after he left, Phoenix became great because they got a real coach. The canes should promote their minor league coach as their next coach. The Pens did it twice, and went to the Finals twice in a row. The Avs did it and went from last in the West to the tops of their division. The only other way to get a coach is to steal an assistant or someone elses head coach. No one is going to come here to this sorry team. |

Cam Ward's career save percentage is 89%. No one below90 should get a big 85 million. He said he has to be an elite goaltender now that he's paid the big bucks. Right after that he lost nine in a row before being injured. When he came back he lost more. In the year he won the con smythe, he had a losing record in the regular season. He has only got the canes to the playoffs once in four years. Look at his record this year in 2009. He has the same defense as last year. He got paid, and now there's no pressure for him to win. The only year he was good, Gerber was the goalie who won 32 reg. season games. It's time for Rutherford to trade him for two prospects and a goalie if he can. Fire Maurice for being a loser, fire Barasso for never being anything above average, and tell Brindy it's time to retire. |

I believe mean head wasnt the words I used..it was probably edited...and Cam Ward used some crap about his wife leaving him for another guy to get sympathy from her..told her she was such a great person for listening to him and that he has no one to talk to, gives her front row tickets to his games...even bought and named a star after her..anyone who thinks he is nore than just a piece of crap is wrong. Im a hockey fan..followed the Canes since their first season...my girl comes home from school in 4 days...ill find out then for sure if he is still talking to her or not...he tells me he is, she tells me he isnt...he is a dirtbag who takes advantage of young girls using his fame and his poor wife to do so

Cam is a looser..all the talk of him being such a decent guy..he has been hitting on my girl for weeks now. And Ive been in contact with other guys who went through the same thing for him...go ahead try and defend him..he is nothin but a mean head who happened to have some hockey talent, now he feels entitled to whoever and whatever he wants. And to the guy who grew up with him..he probably banged your chick too

i have grown up with cam, which is why i find these post's so offensive. it is completely off base, and so far from the truth. i knew cam when he played in red deer and saw how he handled himself when it came to pucks like yourself. he didnt give them the time of day, i saw first hand how much he loves his now wife. Really people, to find time to intrude in peoples lives that you know nothing about is really sad. if it is true and that one girl did hook up with a cane she is clearly trying to hold onto a moment that long passed and is trying to extend her 15 minutes of fame into a longer stint. hunny really by admitting you were a puck, and easy does not make you a big deal and certainly does not mean you know the personal lives of every players associated with the one you slept with or "hooked up" with. I've been reading these posts the past few days and it seems that your pathetic. To say Cam is innocent and you probably don't even know him other than being a fan. Take your nobody cares and think to yourself, if nobody cared. I wouldn't be posting. Or you are trying to call yourself a nobody. Thats what it looks like. I'm a fan of the team but I also know how all these player can be and I don't think anyone of them are perfect when it comes to being faithfull.
