yeah honestly, they aren't going to win another cup for a long time with this kid in nets... and yeah, good for his mother, that she's proud of him... what player's mother isn't proud of her son? & the person that wrote about wanting gainey & price gone, god bless you... best thing i've read on this forum so far. and honestly, go to the bell centre (if you're even from mtl) & look around. notice all the teenage girls wearing price shirts? yeah, it's because they all find him hot for some reason... they don't care about his stats. i went to a signing last year with laraque and price happened to be there as well, and all these stupid little girls were there waiting to see price, even though he had let in 6 goals the night before. it's pretty sad if you ask me. |

Without Price most of the games would be 20 plus goals for the other team with the Habs maybe getting one! Do you not watch the rest of the team and the horrible defense not to mention the forwards who can't score to save their lives?!! Wow!! Talk about blind people!!! |

God you're so stupid I'm not even going to bother discussing that the team loses together, not individually! Did your mother drop you on your head one too many times as a baby?! AND for your information I defend him because a) he's a good young goalie who will only get better with time (like everyone else who has a brain knows!!!) and b)he's a great guy with a great family-his mother is the sweetest woman and very proud of her son and heritage!!! |

Real Habs fans wouldn't support a goalie that keeps us from getting anywhere. I only put so much into hating Price because I love the Habs so much. If you gave a damn about the team, you'd want Gainey and Price gone just as badly. |

k yo you need to learn how to read, i said he had that good game. and yes, i realise that the rest of them can't do anything. the whole team sucks k? INCLUDING PRICE! don't even TRY to tell me he's an amazing goalie, his numbers speak for him. he may have the odd great game, but they will always be overshadowed by his bad games. and you know what, go and say the team plays like crap during games where he plays ok and they still lose, HE'S the one that has a loss on his record, not each individual player. thanks for your rant by the way, i found it quite entertaining for a stranger to babble on and on about how amazing price is. :) |

Really?! Really?!! One good game?!! How many games now has he saved the team's asses only for them to not show up and score some freakin' goals?!! I can't believe how oblivious and stupid some people are!! You obviously don't understand the concept of the game so let me explain it to you moron-the goalies make the saves but the forwards are supposed to put that little, round black thing called the puck into that big white thing called the net behind the other teams goalie! Even if the goalie makes all the saves or 53 out of 55 of them, if his forwards don't score there's no way he can win the game all alone!! Even if he got a shutout he can't win with no goals scored by his teammates!!! For all you Price haters, think of all the 40 plus shots he has had on him this season alone and how many times he has kept the Habs in the game before you go bad mouthing him and talking out of your asses!!! |

carey price rocks. he has to keep a cool head and he'll play great like he did in Boston that night. Sure, punching a hole through a wall is insane, but his teammates have to play well in front of him. And not just Cammalleri or Gomez, or Gionta. Respect your goalie. I'm a habs fan. He can't exactly save the team's butts every single time he plays!!! With shitty defence in front of him and guys who can't score for the life of them how is he supposed to win?!! Even if he got a shutout, if his team doesn't score what the hell is the point?!!! He can't score too you know!! All the experts who watch hockey and comment on it for a living aren't blaming him so why are you?!! You people who need a scapegoat for your team when they're not playing well collectively really need to find something better to do with your time!!! I agree, nobody has been consistent. Is that supposed to be an excuse for Price's shitty play? At least most of the players have an excuse playing on a new team with a new group of guys, but Price has been with the team for 3 seasons now and he just keeps getting worse. |

Who the hell on the Habs is CONSISTENT as of late?!! Every game I watch seems to be the same bullshit-some guys show up to play one night then decide to take a freakin' vacation the next!! Very few of the players show up every night except for Cammalleri, Gionta, Plecky, Hamrlik, Mara and Gorges! The rest need to get their act together and get this team going!!! |

Did anyone actually read my comment about CONSISTENCY??? You morons are so short sighted. Winning one game, does not win you a Cup. Why don't you have a look at his stats? GAA over 3.00, SV% under .900. Yes, we get it!! He played great 4 years ago!! WE DON'T CARE ANYMORE!! He needs to be good NOW, not 4 years ago! Is that really difficult to understand? Any goalie can have one good game every five starts. Even Toskala has a good game from time to time. This is for the people who like to talk out their asses without checking their facts.

For your information I'm a girl who has been watching hockey for over 15 years, am a serious Habs fan, and obviously know more about hockey then you ever will! Half the guys in my family play hockey on some level so I have been around it my whole life!! I'm not even going to bother explaining the game to you or keep up this stupid argument cause I learned long ago that ignorant know-it-alls are not worth my time! |
