Ive known James since elementary school, and have seen him home plenty of times to disagree on the comment of him being all over girls. He is a very classy, ladi-back guy who likes to go out and have fun with his buddies. He has always been a sweet, quiet nice guy. Your facts are false.

If you actually knew the Neals it does mean something! Both James and his brother act like innocent boys around their mom and dad. His parents were with him on New Years Eve and James wouldn't be all over girls. Put him out on a night without mom and dad and then James will be all over girls.
