He was a great play maker.  Career over.  Leave it alone, he will be well paid and can spend more time with his kids.

These posts are so ridiculous.  I saw the same comments about the Jen sterger girl on 10 other hockey players blog....just because she is in the news and saved texts from Brett Favre from 2 years ago.He probably doesn't even know her. stop spreading stupid rumors.  Let the guy get healthy, please.  I heard he is a nice, normal guy who likes nice, normal girls.
marc savard is great he does set up plays hes not a puck hog if they ever traded him theyed be fn dumb cam neely would really of lost his marbles come on bs

Do any of you have children? You don't stop being a mother no matter how old your child is.  The hit Marc Savard took was violent. Matt Cooke should have been suspended. I would not want my child playing hockey if that is a legal hit. Marc's mother's comments were probably not well thought out, but they came from her heart and I'm sure the emotion came spilling out.
