Shortly before their public launch, Google released a minor update for Android Wear devices. The process for installing the update is straightforward once you receive an update alert on your wrist. Another update is likely to appear in the near future, considering currently Android Wear users can't install paid apps due to an encryption bug. When you get word of an update being released and don't want to wait for your watch to alert you, you can force it to check with Google's servers for an update. Here's how: androidwearsoftwareupdate.png Screenshot by Jason Cipriani/CNET Launch the Settings app on your watch. You can do this by tapping on the home screen and scrolling up instead of giving a voice command. Settings is near the bottom of the list of actions. In settings, scroll to the bottom where you will find an "About" section. Find the option titled "System Updates" and tap on it. Naturally, your watch will need to be connected to your phone in order for it to check for an update.

Update: Google has now released its second developer preview of Android Wear 2.0 and it comes with a big update. Third-party Android Wear apps can now use gesture controls for the very first time. It will mean soon if you're using a separate running app you'll be able to interact with your watch and not have to get sweaty hands all over it. Android Wear is Google's smartwatch operating system and the main competitor to the watchOS-running Apple Watch. It's been around since 2014 and soon it's going to get a big update to Android Wear 2.0, bringing a number of improvements. Below you'll find information on how it works, all the current features, the key apps and Android Wear watches, as well as details on what Android Wear 2.0 will bring and when you'll be able to get it. Cut to the chase What is it? Google's wearable platform When is it out? Now! With Android Wear 2.0 landing in autumn 2016 What will it cost? Absolutely nothing Android Wear interface and features Android Wear might share a name with standard Android but the layout of the interface is quite different, as it's built for much smaller devices and designed with hands-free use in mind. It's also far more unified than standard Android, as while for years smartphone manufacturers have been putting their own skins and launchers over the top of Android, with Android Wear OEM's aren't given that level of freedom, so all smartwatches running the operating system have the same software look and layout.
AB had pics of them building a house but I thought that was up in Canada
Reply-to:I dont care what foundation they have, Im just glad hes off the Blackhawks. He as a person is very nice, but as a hockey player, bad. I think they are making Chicago their permanent home though because her Mom and Brother are living full time in Chicago too.

If you don't like it- don't support it, don't read about it and just move on.
Bickell isn't the only NHLer to own a pitbull - he just may be the only one with a foundation to support them. Also, love your elitist view of being from Chicago and how southern states are of lesser importance/quality/status therefore they will accept the pits. Get over yourself. That attitude is exactly why this country is going crazy.
Reply-to:Sad to say, but I think their foundation is here to stay. My home town Chicago born and raised, we just let people do whatever in this town, Im sure that southern bunch where hes going will allow that foundation, plus who knows how long he will be on that team or even play for that matter, so thats another reason why they are keeping the foundation here. Crap!

Oh for the Love of God, they have another Chicago based company that are going to back the nickel foundation for pit bulls!! They don't live here anymore, and those dogs are dangerous, what is wrong with people! There are so many better foundations to be a part if than pit bulls. My God!!
AB posted a long message on her IG, I guess she felt the need to explain herself to everyone, she's had a rough week with all that is going on, and I feel for her, I've been there done that with having kids myself, and trying to keep a roof over my head as a single parent. So while I feel your pain Amanda, try going through all that and then some and having to worry about bills and what not, on a salary that is no way near what your husband get's paid!! So quit bellyaching about your "rough" life you have, you have no idea, nor do any of your WAG friends. All of you are a bunch of spoiled women!
She is a Whiney pain in the a**. So sick of her always throwing in our faces about her Canadian roots, well then go back there and stay there. Too bad one of the Canadian teams didn't pick him up. Good Luck in Carolina, they won't put up with that whiney sh*t
Thanks Vet! That was exactly what I thought when I read that! What a b#$%h!
Reply-to:She complains about the 4th of July fireworks, well thats what we do here in the good ole USA Amanda, if you didnt know by now! Go back to Canada where you belong...and take your pit bulls with you!
