It happend on September 29, 2003, Heatley was seriously injured after he lost control of the Ferrari he was driving struck a wall, splitting the car in half and ejecting him and his passenger, teammate Dan Snyder. Heatley suffered a broken jaw, a minor concussion, a bruised lung, bruised kidney, and tore three ligaments in his right knee. Snyder was critically injured with a skull fracture, fell into a coma and died six days later on October 5. Despite forgiveness from Dan Snyder's family, Heatley was charged with vehicular homicide as a result of the crash.. This is really sad well the cause was speeding not alcohol and those are two things many people mix up.. |

Ok ignorant people on here, what the hell is your problem dany is a great guy regardless what you and your other idiotic friends on here think.Yes he has gone through a lot, I really hope that you people are not so insecure about yourselves that you have to put others down for your enjoyment and I don't care if he is a hockey player or someone completely different.So you mean to tell me that If someone you knew (ie friend or relative)went through what he went through you would treat them like that I hope not.To put someone down like that, a person you don't even know, At least I can say I know how to treat others with Respect no matter what, maybe you all need to try it! |
