I think he's worth it, they're doing really good with him as captain,
& he's pretty great at hockey.
& just because she didn't spell out "are you stupid" doesn't make her stupid,
A lot of people write like that because they don't wanna write it all out.

they'll keep eric. they need him to win games, and with the contract he signed, most teams would probably want a shorter deal if he was traded by the deadline in time for the playoffs.

He is the Hurricanes Super Star, they will keep Eric at any price, he currently has a contract, he makes the most, he is their best player |

Who cares if he gets traded? Just about everyone get traded at some point. I seriously doubt Staal's gonna spend his entire career in Carolina! |

After next season when the 'Canes still aren't back in the playoffs and Eric isn't among the superstar ranks, there's no doubt he'll be traded. That's why fans shouldn't have jumped on the "Eric Staal is the savior" bandwagon. When a franchise is rebuilding around him and he doesn't produce, what do you think is going to happen? This is compeletly true, he won't be with Carolina for too many more seasons. |

You know Edmonton and Columbus are havin a bad year, maybe you guys need to get up at 7AM like the Wings, and go practice at the Iceplax, this is not the fault of the coach or the captain, but the players, or the franchise who needs to help them win, god, go practice at the Iceplax |

As long as he is making the most money with the Canes, I am sure that he will go where the money is, I am sure they will all go to a higher paycheck, like wouldn't you???
