Yeah, I've always been confused with the term "hook up" and what it truly implies. To UrbanDictionary.com! Here are three different definitions: Hook Up 1. received a good or service as a favor 2. to make out with someone 3. to have sex with someone So I guess you're both right! |

I thought hooking up was sex...and besides, why don't you just say "have sex" and "make out"? Instead of "hook up".. It's pretty clear...

No, hooking up is always making out.
When you say you had sex with the person, you use the word sex.
Or at least that's how we do it in new york.
No, it can be both sometimes when your older people will say that and it can mean both. Its not always one or the other. Mikka |
