A source close to the leafs told me Jay was the reason for the leafs blockbuster deal with the Flames. The players shipped out didn't want their wives around him any more... to much of a threat I guess. Anyone know who he is or what he looks like or where I could meet him ;-)

LEE Stempniak? Who cares about that one... I heard his brother, Jay Stempniak, has been mingling with the likes of Tara Reid, Paris Hilton, and other Hollywood socialites. Jay is surely surely going to outshine his brother when he makes his impact on the NHL. Though he may not put up the points that Lee has tallied, or is capable of, he is the next Tough Guy of the NHL and will surely have Georges Laroque shaking in his skates. Go Leafs!

It is so pathetic that people pretend to know anything about these people's personal lives. His girlfriend is not a teacher in Buffalo, not from Buffalo, not a teacher. If people are bragging about dating him "way back when" they may be the biggest stokes in the league.

He has a girlfriend who he's been dating for quite a few years now. Really pretty and nice girl, I know her family well, and they're very happy together. Haven't asked what they're doing about the move, though, because she has been teaching in St. Louis, but I hope she moves to stay with him because they are so perfect together!

I saw his girlfriend out at a bar on Elmwood a few weekends ago.  My friend pointed her out to me.  All I know is that her name is Leigh Ann, she's a teacher in a suburb of Buffalo, and she's a hot little blonde.
