Marc Andre and his wife had a baby girl, Sofia two days ago in Quebec....he left the team on this road trip for a day and was there for the birth!

I think he married Isabelle because on the islanders website, he says his wife Isabelle back in Quebec is pregnant and is having a c section any day now

yeah, i saw her in those pictures. she is really pretty, good for him. He seemes like such a sweet guy as he goes to lamaze classes with her and that he is thrilled to have this kid. too bad he didn't get along with MacT and is on the Island!

There are some pictures on the Oilers website of his gf Isabelle Simard, with Stacey Smyth @ the Valentine's Puck Surprise! She's quite pretty. I guess they'll be moving the NY now though.

Yes it is true. They had an interview with him on Team 1260 and they asked hime how he felt about becoming a dad. He said he was thrilled and that he enjoys going to Lamaze classes with his girlfriend.
