For true clinical and unknown identity depressions, that's what psychologists and psychiatrists are for. Sweden has socialized medicine, so don't even go down the path that her parents wouldn't or couldn't pay. A serious depression cannot be treated by a 16 yr old and a tatoo. Furthermore, a real depression is beyond not having dates and having a tough time academically in school. Hanna can't fix that or she would be in psychiatry, not struggling to stay interested and maintain average grades in business.

Elina is a show off, only she can't figure out why girls don't want to be in her position. Yes, there will always be the wannabee's. Other than that, she preaches with her daily fix of clothes and makeup, sticks her butt in the air, pouts and hopes for the best. I sincerely doubt her blog is an effort to show her parents her pathetic existence in Chicago.

you´re right. when Elina was around the age of 16 she was in a deep depression for a couple of reasons.Hanna (her) cousin was always there for her and 'took her out'of that depression. That's why Elina has a tattoo, dedicated to Hanna. So you're right people don't know what other people have been through.

Reply-to:Is Elinas dad in her life? She always blogs about her mom or brothers coming to visit...but she never mentions her dad. In her Stanley Cup pics too there were only pics of her mom, her brother and her nephew. Im just saying sometimes we criticize others but maybe Elinas already gone through some tough times in her life. Its like Miranda Kerr...alot of people think she has the perfect life...but most people dont know her first love died in a car accident when she was 16. Elina is no way comparable to Miranda Kerr lol...but the point is you never really know what people have been through ;)And yes its better for everyone to take their energy and focus on improving your own lives. The truth is Niklas fell in love with Elina and he decided to give her everything. Hes not looking for a more beautiful or well-rounded girl. No wonder she loves him ;) But we only have one life on this planet...and anything is possible...so its better to live your own dreams than spend wasted time & energy criticizing someone elses life.

Elina obviously writes her blog to fulfill a needed fantasy that she lives a "great life" or blogs to show strangers how she spends day after day after day. It's the same shit and a new day, otherwise nothing changes. She doesn't grow or learn or express herself differently. The reason some tend to comment is the absurdety of her blog and the assumption that she's leading a purposeful life.

As for some that consider her privileged, that's all good as long as Nik is in the NHL, earning a huge salary and still keeping her in his house. The tables look quite different if and when a has been 35 yr old is single, no kids. no bank acct. Furthermore, while she might have some 24 yr olds salavating at the mouth over her F21 duds, things will look a lot different when she's 30 and her "fan club" turns 30.

As for the Bahamas, bfd. There are so many cheap deals to go there because the beaches essentially look like TMiami Beach FL and there's nothing there beyond snorkeling, gambling and swimming. To her it might be a big deal, but to many of her peers, she can keep that tacky vacation find.

Yes I agree. It isn't critical word about her or her life, it doesn't matter for me, but her blog is boring and put me off. It isn't about an access to VIP parties or designer clothes, but she has so much time on her hands and her snaps are poor quality, no matter if she wastes a half of her day on her false eyelashes and curls. She takes cropped photo of her bum, right, no whole body, no effort to go out and take couple of snaps of her outfit 2-3 times per day. I just clicked and hoo, her strange kiss grimace. Her cousin writes something better but the same, a photo of her ending under the waist. Their group photos are the same mess - mate, no visible faces, bad lightning...small size, shame to waste the time on something like that. Trust me, I just looked from curiosity and it put me off, nothing interesting to catch my attention and stay. Imagine she has shop, all lurking visitors don't click futher...she sells nothing. Why do you have a blog and time doing this BS? It's like women sending newsletters to me with only sale offers and no interesting insights, infomations, you see they want just to sell their unwanted garbage. What about Elina's blog? OK, her business and work, source of informations for some Hawks fans to know about their athletes, but certainly nothing for another people. I'd say roughly 10 people per day read her blog.

Reply-to:I read a few other girls blogs and I used to read Elinas. But honestly it is like all she does is take pictures of the items she buys. Its not about her showing off as much as it is about how pointless it is. I just bought myself a Lanvin purse but the last thing I want to do is take a picture of it and upload it to my blog or Facebook. And I always find the most beautiful and trendy girls dont take pictures of themselves in their outfits...they just live life. The ones that take 100 pics of themselves are usually looking for attention.I think its more interesting when a girl talks about fashion trends of even shows us a few of her outfits each week. I follow this Swedish-Spanish model and she blogs about fashion and her outfits, but also her thoughts on current events and just other interesting things...her life is so charming and interesting. If I visit Elinas blog, I just get some random pictures of her sticking her ass out in jeans.Elina is so dull and vain. I wouldnt want to be her. Her life is cushiony and comfort, which is nice, but she can make it so much better if she had more interests than shopping/partying/hanging out with friends and idolizing Kim Kardashian and Megan Fox. Sorry, but the people who idolize and admire her must be equally as dull and vain.

Reply-to:Elina takes classes at the make-up first chicago make-up school and she works as a make-up artist on photo shoots she gets paid for that so she ís working people. It doesnt matter if you think its  a real job to put make-up on people or not she gets paid for it so she ís working!

The "classes" you refer to were a 3 month make-up course in 2010. Since that course ended, she's worked on about 4 jobs. 4 freelance jobs in the last 2 years. 

Assuming it takes 4 hours at the most to do her gorgeous make-up...that's around 16 hours at the most? 16 hours in the last 2 years... Yep, she's definitely a working girl.
