Nothing against Richards, but I am also glad that Pronger is captatin.  Yes, he's a bit abrasive but when a company is paying out the kind of money it is, they expect results.  Pronger has won a Stanley Cup and has experience that other people don't. 

Also, I can't help but mention that with all the people Saturday cheering for Richards, he didn't even  wave, or raise his stick, or acknowledge the fans at all. He called his return "just another game".

And has anyone else noticed that  for the last two years Richards hasn't worn a Flyer's hat in any interview on TV, in public, etc.  But on Saturday on Comcast, he's wearing a Kings hat during his interview? I know he doesn't play here anymore, but why the change?  Why not wear what you wore before?  HMMM.

Pronger want to be team leader, but seems to never play.  The guy cannot skate and as for "toughness," he cannot even push a teddy bear out from the crease.  GET RID OF HIM philly, please.  I don't know why we traded for him.  He's garbage and doesn't fit into our team.  If he wants to be captain, then let him captain someone else.
