HIPPA doesn't apply to patients talking to their boyfriends or anyone..it applys to employees of medical offices and hospitals..they can't talk about patients or medical records results..they can not let things be overheard or leave out charts so someone can see them...If she wanted to scream out in the waiting room " I am pregnant and they are going to do a sonogram...that is her right....If the nurse came out and said that then there would be a problem.

Carcillo is out for rest of the season, with a knee injury (I think). no reason to be in Pheonix if he is not playing in the playoffs. The next time he is going to play is pre-season in September, I believe.

Just ignore the haters, I am pretty sure that person is VERY jealous of Carcillo's gf. Daniel likes her for personality wise, I am pretty sure. He seems to take a good care of her alot which means he truly loves her. The haters of her are just envy that she gets to be Daniel's gf which leads them to lying about his gf (Jamie?)'s appearences. I am sure she/he will learn her/his lesson when they finally open their eyes & see how happy Daniel and Jamie are. People seriously need to stop talking shit about who Danny is dating, he is very happy and he doesn't care what somebody on these forums says. I monitor a few of these forum's for several players. These players laugh at what is posted on these boards and sometimes wonder how people get the information they post, whether it being fact or fiction. Other players do know Danny's girlfriend and they do like her. They don't care about her looks because Danny and her are good together and very happy, they are private and wish to remain that way.
