GIGUERE IS A VERY GOOD GOALIE WHO TAKES PRIDE IN THE GAME BUT I THINK HE IS GETTING A LITTLE TO OLD AND I THIK GUSTAVSSON SHOULD PLAY A BIT MORE THAN HIM JUST BECAUSE HE IS YOUNGER AND FOR ALL YOU PEOPLE WHO TALK BAD ABOUT PLAYERS IN THE NHL THEN YOU HAVE NO CLASS AND YOU KNOW NOTHING ABOUT HOCKEY

its not the jiggy is bad, hiller is just better and jiggy gets paid to much to be back up... he has a high trade value to shop him out, free up some money, an secure your future stars with big, lengthy contracts!

Actually Jiggy had some awesome saves in that game compared to HIller. That one goal that went through was his only really bad goal. I  think Getzy needs to do laps for a day. He did not attack and he let the other guy by the blue line.

JS Giguere is a true warrior and will be back with a vengeance next year. It is sometimes hard to stay on top at all times. A profesionnal athlete is a fine oiled machine, he just got a tune up, now he is ready. Watch out for Jiggggy next year as he will be on ToP.

Giggy is undoubtedly having a bad year. I'm sure his child's earlier health problems and father's passing haven't helped, but I believe he is still one of the top goaltenders in the league. I hope rumors to trade him are false - if he and/or Hiller can bring us back to the playoffs, I think Jiggy will make amends. It doesn't help that Beauchamin is out for the year (he is awesome), and that Pronger and Niedermeyer are also having bad years (at least defensively, giving up pucks and looking slow against opponent breakaways).
