Not impossible that they married privately, but it does seem unlikely.  They still maintain an online bridal registry at Bloomingdales with a wedding date of the 25th.

Funny. I've been out with him too! I see the story is that he is a player! But he is super sweet and smart, handsome and funny soooo I can see why. I wouldn't want to be his fiance, that's for sure, but I will keep cheering for him!

Not single, been with his gf for several years now.  They are long distance...she has a son and I guess she doesn't want to move him around constantly.  But they do go to Tampa to visit often.

i don't know... my friend worked for the dallas organization and she would give the dish on some of the guys from time to time and she had lots of respectful things to say about halpern...and one of them was how loyal he was to his gf kelley...the other was how private and down to earth he is... these comments don't really match up??

I just posted the comment a  moment ago about dating him last season.. Let me say.. dating does not make him exclusive. A long distance girl with a pro- athlete.. Good luck! You gotta be way more then a pretty face to keep a man commited. I dated a pro football player for a year and they are just that PLAYA"S baby. So it is what it is.... a damn good time!

Yes, he is single. He is dating someone, she apparently lives in Dallas (has 2 boys). But I was at a party in April and he was all up in a friend of mine's grille. Nothing happened, but he did ask and was super sweet after my friend turned him down. (She is engaged, just went out with me to be my wingman) I think he was hoping she would change her mind. Too bad Halpy.

I met jeff after one of the practices and to me it seemed he was reluctant to stop too, but he did though.
he has such a sweet soft spoken voice.
I do agree that he plays a much different role here than in Dallas. He has the potential to be the great player he really is playing with the Lightning!

Halpy is definitely a HOTTY and an AMAZING hockey player...  But is kind of a jerk when it comes to the fans, I have been to two of practices with my nephew and both times he just sped off not stopping for the fans and I went to the Wine Tasting at SPTF and he really wasn't into interacting with the fans..  Maybe we caught him on a bad day but that was my impression of him.. But as long as he keeps scoring goals for the Lightning im cool with that.

actually dallas isnt that stupid for letting him go.... its true that ever since the trade we have been doing bad, but if halpy was still with us...he wouldnt be doing wat hes doing now. he played a different role in dallas. but i really want my three players back. especially jussi.
