guys, none of you is 100% right. Yes, she is slim but she's just really tall. She used to be a model when she was young and was competing for a Miss Czech Republic crown years ago. Yes, they have been together for about 10 years but it's on and off. They definitely had some breaks because he was seeing 2 other models (not at the same time) couple years ago, it was in the Czech news. They are definitely together now, not married, no children because he doesn't want children just yet. They did not meet in Chicago! She is from the same town as Martin and she was dating a friend of his when they met and he called her after they broke up. So there you have it and I'm definitely correct, believe it or not, it's up to you. Btw no one thinks they will stay together because he cheated in the past many times and when he finds the right girl he will leave her. Probably some young pretty girl because Ivana is like 33 already, but that's how men are. Sad but true...

Guess some people don't know hockey very well, Havlat is OFFENSIVE player, not defensive. Not that many offensive players are also hard hitters. Don't want to get hurt, that's what Dmen are for-protect the goal scorers

I've been watching him play... not sure what you've been seeing though. Though he hasn't scored, even the stats back up that he's been putting in the effort... 5 hits in 4 games, second on the team in shots... Clutter is dragging that line down.

I've never seen Marty's gf and i've never heard anyone say those comments. I think the gf's that get bashed are the ones that seek the limelight and tell everyone how beautiful they are. They're ripe for the picking.
and saying he could do alot better. i hate reading comments like that. like on cuddyear's board..its mean. and most times the chicks saying it dont look like much themselves..

Well, the Marty twitterer, i noticed, tweets in a style of English similar to the way he speaks. at the same time there are instances where one can tell the user is not a native speaker... but i don't know. there's not a ton of evidence either way of the debate.

Take these facts how you will-  before he signed in MN, the Blackhawks official Twitter account retweeted the @martinhavlat account.  Also, Havlat's agent Allan Walsh (@walsha) has stated the account IS Marty and even suggested the account in his Follow Friday recommendations.  Sounds legit to me.
