Did you all see those awesome pictures of Talbot from the Flyers' WAGs fashion show on Philly.com?  He sure knows how to dress and that bowtie!  Yummo!

Thanks for the heads-up that photo isn't recent.  Still wonder if Talbot got that chipped tooth fixed.

Hehe.  Unfortunately that size made that whitehead on his cheek gigormous! Was this picture taken before or after Talbot got his tooth chipped and his lip split because I was going to say props to Talbot's dentist for fixing that tooth.

Tooth fixed and beautiful as ever!

Wish I could be in Ottawa today!  After  yesterday's chirpy game I'm sure today's game will be just as chirpy if not more.  Hope Talbot gets a point or two.

Reply-to:IDK who is Talbos G-friend but I wld like all pittsburghers to know we took the kids to Flyers practice on 12/28. The kids spotted the Flyer team bus and went to check it out. Low and behold when I walked out the door at Ice Castle were the 4 kids talking and taking pictures with Max, Hartzie and Danny Breire. They were so good and patient  with the kids. Hartzie was autographing my nephews jersey and he allowed the kids to take many pix as well as Max. I think we all know Maxs heart is still here in the burg. Anyone that saw the tribute to him could see he was tearing up when he stood to thank the fans. He is a class act and he deserved the tribute for all the things he was when he was a penguin. He still has the same class as a Flyer. Hartzie and Breire as well. Still LOVE YOU MAX. YOU ARE STILL A SUPERSTAR IN MY EYES  Once and Penguins always a Penguin right.

Unfortunately with rivalries, Philly athletes and fans are often automatically assumed to be jerks. I'm glad you had a good experience with those three. They are all good guys.

Oh yeah, there it is at 1:05!  A chipped tooth.  Well that's not too bad!  I thought it would be like Keith from the Blackhawsk a whole row of teeth gone and all gummy.  But poor lip split in half.  He could barely smile there.

Oh no! Where's the picture located? And his beautiful smile wrecked.  Well, unless he's gotten teeth knocked out before and I didn't know that (I find it difficult to identify veneers/dentures/bridges).

Nah, that'll never happen.  I look horrible in orange.  I am a fan of individual people if that helps clear things up why I am lurking around these boards. I found this website because one day around the dinner table talking yet again about Crosby's health situation we were wondering if he had someone other than his family supporting him.  So a quick search on Google brought me here and it seemed like a fun gossipy place (HFboard is so serious, they don't like gossip!) to be even if everyone seems to be "Anonymous" and there's the occasional mean people snarking at me.

Anyway,  I think Talbot is a fun person to follow simply because he has that charisma and who doesn't like a dark, swarthy French accent?

Seriously? Philadelphians always recognize athletes. They get free food, autograph requests, etc. And we really like Max here. I'm surprised at how much I like him now that he's with us. But there's no way athletes fly under the radar here. Athletes are under a microscope in this city (primarily on the ice/field, but also off of it). Richie and Carts could attest to that.

Yeah that's true. It seems that the guys this year are rather tame and well-behaved off the ice though, which I really like.
