People are just people, including NHL folk. Maybe it was just a tough day - for either or both parties.

Does anyone know how Robyn's knee is now?

He is not a rude guy, i have met him a few times, he is really nice, perhaps he is just rude to you cause your being a douche first. And to answer the question, he is married.

He is really rude in person. My best friend is kristina's cousin, so I got to meet him. Very very rude.

I would agree that it isn't, but it's their call all the way.

Maybe exchange the word sensitive for 'private'.

Do you ever get the feeling that Robyn gets mad everytime he comes to this site?

Anonymous wrote on Thu, 16 Oct 2008 04:06:15 GMT
lol, never knew a babies name was something 'sensitve' :)
Anonymous wrote on Thu, 16 Oct 2008 01:58:15 GMT
He's a boy, 7lbs 2oz when he was born, about 6 days ago. They are not releasing the baby's name. RR never gives out anything of a real sensitive nature like that, but he did say not to worry, that their bundle of joy has his Mom's looks. :)
Anonymous wrote on Thu, 16 Oct 2008 01:44:23 GMT
how is the baby doing? What is the babys name? Is it a boy or a girl?

You hi-light it from beginning to end, copy it, then paste it in your web browser at the top of the internet page. I know you can hyperlink it, but I think you have to leave your e-mail address, which I never do.

Anonymous wrote on Tue, 14 Oct 2008 20:05:22 GMT

They are not releasing the baby's name. He never gives out anything of a real sensitive nature like that. Someone did post here that their newborn weighed 7 lbs 2 oz, though. Hopefully that was okay with them, though because info like that would really only come from either people close to them (like best friend or blood) or the medical staff involved. Maybe RR gave the info out on HNIC. They were the group that said he wasn't playing Thursday so that he could be with his wife during labour.

Just to clarify, that info was in an online article for the Calgary Sun. The link was posted below, but I shall post it again: http://calsun.canoe.ca/Sports/Hockey/2008/10/11/7050841-sun.html

Anonymous wrote on Tue, 14 Oct 2008 18:59:58 GMT
The weight and everything was all from an article in the Calgary Sun, which was already on line...

Anonymous wrote on Mon, 13 Oct 2008 17:39:57 GMT

Gee whiz, give the guy a break. His wife was in labour Thursday night and he had to fly back from Vancouver. Being there with his new family is much more important than a game, right?

Anonymous wrote on Mon, 13 Oct 2008 17:16:37 GMT

I don't know. Jealousy would seem to be the obvious answer, but you can't really know what people are thinking, what their motivations are. I saw the pix and she looked great - one of those new kinds of wedding dresses - kind of haute cotoure based on vintage; simple, backless, no veil, no crenolin. Her hair was down and somewhat casual and she was carrying a pale bouquet of roses. The picture was them standing on a brown field hill, sort of half holding each other and facing the camera, smiling. I had to laugh when I saw it because RR looked pretty uncomfortable. Lol. Maybe it was the suit! It was dark and he wore a pale pink (?) long tie that looked like it matched the pink silk band around her waist.
Anonymous wrote on Tue, 16 Sep 2008 03:22:37 GMT
Thats to bad the pics were removed, I use to go to school with him in Kamloops, he was a nice guy, as for his new wife, why are people getting so upset over her? as long as hes happy then thats all that matters.

Anonymous wrote on Sat, 13 Sep 2008 16:27:07 GMT
After some very unkind words were posted here about Kristina, the picture was removed from the original site. I doubt you will find it anywhere on the internet now. It's really too bad because it was such a beautiful picture of the Regehrs on their wedding day. You can probably still find the adjoining story written about them at the Kidsport Saskatchewan site.

i wouldn't say his wife's curvy by any means. it could have been the dress she was in, but she looked fairly typical of most hockey wives

Anonymous wrote on Sun, 03 Aug 2008 07:10:58 GMT
I didn't catch the picture, but is his wife curvy? If so, he's into curvy women. He was really digging my friend who's naturally busty and has a very curvy figure. Nothing happened between them, so I'm not saying he cheated. He was looking at her the whole time and making a lot of eye contact, but she didn't want to talk to him the way a lot of girls do because she didn't want to look cheap in front of her friends. But I'm just saying, maybe curvy is his type.

RR is an amazing player and an amazing person.
Just becasue you feel his wife doesn't fit your stero-type doesn't mean you should make fun of her or tear her apart.

She is a beautiful woman and very sure and confident in herself and that's what we need more of in this world.

I have nothing but respect and my senceirest wishes for the both of them.

I hope they have an amazing life together and I wish them all the happyness in the world.

"He was clearly distraught..."

I didn't pick up on that. Interesting, I never thought that the pressure got to him in a significant way. The impression I felt watching that interview was elitism...surliness. A good idea to be reminded that these are only humans choosing to work under immense pressure...also, just because someone is not emoting their real feelings in a more obvious way doesn't mean they're not experiencing them. Good.

seriously ignorant attitude during the after game interviews. It looks so nasty on a former golden boy like RR. It's almost sad, he used to be kind of a normal nice guy, now he's dishing out rude comments on air.

Thank God Jarome and some of the other guys can still handle themselves in public.

I don't think he said anything that was ignorant nor was acting ignorant. He was clearly distraught when being interviewed and was slightly irritated by repeat questions, but who wouldn't be? I thought he handled himself very well. I don't understand your comments at all.
