I don’t usually like to encourage paranoid Caps fans who believe every referee is corrupt and every opposing player has evil in his heart, but this clip of Brad Marchand taking to the ice as if 70 dagger-tipped sledgehammers mounted with radioactive death rays had simultaneously crashed into his skull, only to immediately pop up and skate off, is fairly amusing

Brad Marchand and his apparent diving that he did during game three against the Washington Capitals. The one play where Nikolas Backstrom hit him from behind, Marchand was off balance and basically already falling down, I will excuse that flop

midget marchand was protecting himself.  you want to talk about dirty players, look no further than your own backyard with that finger biting frenchy!  he totally closed his hand on the puck and took a full stride in the offensive zone to gain territorial advantage contrary to NHL rules in the 7th game of the first round vs. chicago last season.  robbing the legitimate contender blackhawks of their stanley cup run.  but we all saw how the canucks did in the finals!  burn your own city because of LUUUUUUUUSER LUONGO!  HAHAHAHAHA

Reply-to:Marchand is a discrace to himself and to the NHL. He plays cheap, dirty and most of all like a pussy. It is obvious what he was doing on the hit to Salo and yet he doesnt have the balls to come clean on it. Nobody has any respect for him. It makes the game interesting to have a player that can antagonise the other team, but marchand is just playing the game dangerously. I would NOT give up anything to be a player in the NHL like marchand, look at Martin St Louis only 58 and plays the game clean, total respect for this man. Now come on Marchand man-up already and play the game with your talent not with the bullshit that you have been up to. Guys like you are the problem with the NHL, and I wouldve like to have seen him gone for 20 games for this its time to start getting serious for this type of play.
