i wasn't trying to say that he is as good as St. Louis, i meant that size wise they are about the same. everytime i see this guy play i noticed hes too small. yea he scores goals now. but everybody knows this will NEVER translate into the NHL. i was just saying that too say because of the size he can't play in the NHL is a false statement, size isn't everything. |

LOL trying to compare him to afiniganov or st.louis ois just out of this world.... hes not even close to that natural talent ability. the kids good for his size, but if he ever makes it to the nhl he wont have enough skill to be that good. probably a fourth liner at best. maybe 10 a year at his best... plus hes even smaller then the smallest in the nhl. hes only like 5'7. his head aligns nicely with the shoulder of nhl players lol. |

smaller players can play in the NHL no question! comparing him to Wellwood isn't a great comaprison Wellwood most nights has no effort & is not in shape, though he does have a lot of talent. in shape he would be lot more effective. look at guys like Martin St. Louis, no bigger than Legein, but a great player ! |

To all the nay sayers out there, have you ever seen Maxim Afinagenov??? He's no bigger...Stef can play and has the attitude and aptitude to succeed...even though he drives me NUTS!!! |
