As a pro scout, Steve is a kid that I enjoyed being assigned to watch in the OHL.
The New york Islanders are a great up and coming organization where youth is a key part to their future. With names like Calvin deHaan and Tony Dehart also coming up in the Isles system, it will be tough to crack the roster as a Dman. However, with the attitude and integrity that Steve plays at, there is no doubt he will one day dawn the blue and orange. Fitting into his frame, yet also maintaining his speed will play a huge role in his development.

steve tarasuk is one of the best person ive ever been aquainted with. No one else is their right mind would stick up for justice and their friends as much as steve would. he would take a bullet for any of his close friends. any of you who acctually knew him would know this of course instead of running your mouth on how big of a creep he is. Steve's hard work and dedication to the london knights and his hockey career has paid off massive dividens this year as he currently leads all Defencmens in points in the O.
keep up the good work steve, hopefulyl someday youll make it to the show where youll finally gain the respect you deserve

leading scorer on the London Knights.. sounds like whatever he's doing may get him skating with the pro's one day
