Girl, it is kinesiology tape and you can get it at any medical surplus store. The trick is applying it because you have to go in the direction of the muscle tracks. Best to go to a physiotherapist or Kinesiologist and have them do it or show you. It basically gives you more support but does not fix the problem, its more of a comfort thing. hope this helps.
