On Wednesday, Aug. 5, after a game against the Omaha Royals at Rosenblatt Stadium, Travis stopped to sign an autograph for my daughter, Meleia, after the Las Vegas 51s were beaten 14-1 that night. He was headed from the clubhouse to the bus outside the stadium after the game and despite the rough loss, he had the kindness to stop and make my daughter's day. We became big fans of Travis Snider from that day forward.
