Little wonder we see derogatory comments.....look at the name: "rookie." Those that can't are the ones who usally try to ridicule those that can.

In the last couple years Travis has steadily been returning to his earlier form before labrum injury to his left/pitching shoulder. His MLB stats with Seattle was the result of that injury prior to surgery. His stats with the SF Giants was during the period of rehab from the surgery. Neither provided a true evaluation of his expertise. He improved even better as a reliever as can be noted in his more recent stats with the Oakland A’s AAA Sacramento team and his even more recent stats as a starter in the recent Mexican Winter league and two starts for Melbourne, Australia, while home on vacation this past December before signing with the Kia Tigers. The Kia Tigers made an excellent move in signing Travis Blackley where he can serve as either starter or reliever.

there is a big difference between minors and majors, this guy just must have good connections because he doesnt have proffesional talent..

Yo, This guy has the worst stats of any player I have ever seen, he should have used his arm to go to college.
