its all true in the article. the golfers wife flipped out after a picture of her husband n my co-worker was on twitter. he was playing on the nationwide tour in utah last year n had lunch with a group of us n we posted some pictures. i guess his wife trolled fb n twitter n found the pics. she called the host course n then called our employer in nevada. she was a f***** bitch to us. started yelling n screaming that her husband is not into golddiggers her marriage is 2 strong for a slut to break it up. she demanded that the pics be removed from fb n twitter n demanded that we get 'sacked' 4 our actions. guess she has no clue what he does on the road. lets just say he is a typical athlete n tiger is not the only 1. then we all went to vegas n the same crap all over. she found out we were there called our bosses n the course n demanded we not have any contact with her husband. we were told that we needed to avoid him by the sales manager at the course. if she doesnt want her husband to cheat she should just follow him around. i don no what she is shitting about he is nutin 2 look @ or want. he is fat n gross wonder what she looks like

Part of an article from the Post. WOW didn't know these boards can be this vicious. ' It has become very personal and in some cases, amusing. Girlfriends and wives are calling each other ‘gold diggers’; ‘skanks’; ‘fat and ugly’; ‘trailer park trash’; and ‘fat cow’, to list a few. Insults range from ‘you’re an ex-prostitute’; ‘buy some class’; and the most creative of all ‘go back to the trailer you came from and learn some grooming habits’. Yes, very mature. However, these personal attacks are usually followed by letters to media outlets and the PR departments of the many teams. The PR and Media Relations Departments typically do not act on every complaint filed by the wives but may address some depending on who the athlete is. Usually, it becomes filler talk for down times in the media tents. What the wives and girlfriends do not realize is that instead of defending the reputation of the athlete they are married to, they are forcing many people to make quick judgments on the defensive nature of these women. For example, a certain wife, who will remain nameless, has the reputation of being an absolute nuisance to the PR department of a specific sport. Her husband is not a star in his particular field, but has been the target of some gossip. She has written letters of complaints to media outlets, the host company of the message board, contacted the employer of the woman who apparently had/ has an involvement with her husband, and written to the president of the league in which her husband plays. In turn, the gossip has continued and she has gained the reputation of a very insecure wife. One person even commented that ‘he would cheat on her too’ if she was always this paranoid. Her constant badgering for a stop to these message boards has only resulted in discussions in the media tent about her insecurities. I understand that she thinks she is protecting her husband’s image but all that she has been successful in doing is deterring media outlets from interviewing him, and sponsors have been reluctant to deal with this athlete specifically because they do not want a wife that is always demanding to know if any females will be present during his appearances or that he will be working directly with him. In addition, with the insults that these women have thrown at each other on the boards, people start to believe what they are reading.'

Mike Weir is married...and I hear happily at that, so give me a break about this girlfriend forum. He is a Mormon too and what I have seen about Mormons is they are very loyal.
