This weekend the best golf has to offer will get together at Firestone Country Club for 2008 WGC-Bridgestone Invitational, but one player will be greatly missed an that is 6 time champion and 3 time defending champion of the event Tiger Woods. I just wanted to tell you that from that shot you hit on the 18th on saturday you gained a new fun. Man, I just couldnt get over the way you smiled and kept things together for the fist three days. I am a Tiger fan but you won me over saturday and I I wanted you to win so bad I almost couldnt watch sunday. You held it in all week and let it go after it was over and showed a human side rarely seen by most athletes these days. If you find yourself in south FL and need a practice partner, let me know. I know that will never happen, but hell, I felt like you would say the thing to me. May the golf gods be with you. |

Although I just posted a previous comment, I want to invite you to a round of golf in Kentucky, at Persimmon Ridge, which is rated #2 to Valhalla. If you're in the area during the Ryder Cup, or any time for that matter, please take this as a very serious invite, as I would love to get your opinion of the course. Know that you have numerous fans in the state where no tennis shoes are worn and siblings have children together, which is not true by the way. Brandt-While I cannot imagine playing Augusta, none the less in the Masters, keep in mind that emotions are real and it's refreshing to see them shared. I am a die hard Tiger fan and must admit that you earned my loyalty from your performance and your demeanor throughout the Masters tournament. I have seen that you have it in you and will be behind you each and every time I watch you on television. Keep up the good work, and most of all, keep your head up!!!!!! |

This grandmother is a Tiger fan ---but Sunday I was rooting for you to win, I enjoyued the masters and was smiling whenever you smiled, but saw your interview on TV and felt bad when you got emotional and cried. Watching the Masters here in the UK live right now 11:45PM local time (5:45 CST). I'm originally from Calif and working for the DoD over here and hoping Brandt pulls it off. In my local pub right now Brandt just went -4 to join the leaders!!! Go Sned !! Sned is what me and my six Bro's and Sis' are known as. They all still live in CA, along with our Father Les....wonder if Brandt is a distant cousin?? Hope to see him at St Andrews this year. Good luck Sned. |
