You played a blinder of a match. The Irish are so proud of you and the whole team. Thank you for being honest and exposing FiFa's agenda. Everyone knew it from the start but you were brave enough to state it publicly, something the Fai should have done when it was announced. However, I am proud of the Fai for fighting this and I hope they will not stop.
As far as I'm concerned, Ireland were the better team, the team that won the match, as I do not count the French goal as a winning goal. It was offside by 2 players and clearly a handball on two counts. Had it of gone to penaltys, who knows, but we would have lost or won fairly.
I admire your diplomacy and tact in this situation, I don't know if I could be as gracious as you and the team in this result, so I have much respect for you there.
Well done to each and every one of you. You gave us a great day for football......and made Ireland proud.
