I totally agree with the friday Aug. 21, 09 comment....BooooYaahhhhh!  This player is a fine young upstanding man and who cares if there is some girl out there who is psycho and stalking him.  I feel sorry for this chick thinking that this is how you tarnish someone....get a real life, this forum is about Baseball, the teams, players, and organizations...get over youself once and for all and move on to quieter quarters as we are all tired and done with you.

Mitch is a talented young man having to deal with the stress and pressure of a minor league ball player , PITCHER with a 97 mph fastball.  He is quite the example of a polite gentleman who listens to his coaches and goes the extra mile.  He is not only a great pitcher he is an excellent batter too.  He used to be the Home Run Champion and Home Run Derby Champion for years before college limited pitchers to only pitching and not hitting, I can only look forward to the surprises when he does come to bat and does well.  I love this kid and he is going to be with the Giant for a very long time....BTW:  he is one of the 'few' who comes out and talks, signs, and takes time out for his fans, so he has a fan in our family. 

I can't believe someone would go as far to write anything persoanl about him. No one on here cares about his personal life on the site, all we want to know is about his career.  And if what you are saying is true, then tell his girlfriend what happened.  Staying on here anonymous doesn't do anything but make you look stupid and obsessed.

I'm not sure who you are but Mitch Lively is one of the most upstanding young men I know.  As far as you saying he is a liar and a cheater... he probably turned you down or told you baseball comes first!!! Which it should. I hate women who want to be "baseball wives".
