Messi is the best player in the world. Ronaldo is inconsistent and selfish. He is a diver and is not a leader. He complains when things get tough and misses practices numerous times throughout the season. He is a baby and needs to man up. He is more worried about himself than his teammates. The reason he gets so many goals is because of his team backing. Ronaldo is not an all around good player.

I AGREE. messi is all about the team. ronaldo makes it about himself and then the team.

A few questions... 1. Why is it that you can't talk about Ronaldo without bringing up Messi and vice versa? 2. Why does everyone have such a strong opinion on the topic? No debated this much when Ronaldo was on Man U. 3. How is one player WAY better that another when both scored 57 goals this season? Seems pretty close to me.

Christian Ronaldo is a ballhog. He NEVER passes the ball to ANY of his team mates. He dribbles by himself, shoots by himself, and trips and cries by himself, causing Portugal to do horribly. He's selfish, period. His selfish style is what causes everyone on his team, even the coach to hate him.

Recently he made a Russian model pregnant. The next thing he did he goes telling the entire media and everyone about it, and then he tells everyone to "please respect my privacy." WTF.
