he isnt a midfield player, he dosent boss the middle of the park like xavi. His passing is just awful he always gives away possession with passes the comentary will always call ambitious or unlucky. The reason he is rated so highly is because he gets a few one off strikes from 30 yards but never for england. In my opinion not a good player, very over rated and dosent contribute to general play.
