ryan mckiernan - tough d-man who skates well... played very well in his 17 games in the QMJHL and then again had a strong showing in the playoffs... had a 2-10-12 line in 25 games for drumondville and what stood out to me was his plus 21 plus/minus |

Ryan McKiernan has been traded to the New Jersey Hitmen (EJHL) from Des Moines. The Buccaneers have struggled (major understatement) once again this year, and Ryan (according to Coach J.P.Parise) didn't want to go through another season like last year. Des Moines loss is definitely New Jerseys gain. |

ryan mckiernan has the potential to have a chris pronger-like impact in the nhl if he is simply inserted into the correct system... right now in des moines the coaching staff has sadly struggled to use all of ryans talents in a positive manner... thoughts? |
